Shipping Policy

Hallmark Canada offers FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on all online orders of $35 and more in Canada (excluding Quebec), after applied discounts and before taxes. The cost for shipping will automatically be deducted at checkout for all eligible orders. Some exclusions apply*. Hallmark Canada also offers paid express shipping on orders across Canada (except Quebec and remote areas). Due to the recent Canada Post national strike and higher-than-normal order volumes, please allow additional time for shipping. Please order early to ensure timely delivery.

*Standard free shipping on orders $35+ does not apply to orders being shipped to remote postal codes. Shipping fee for these regions will be calculated at the checkout page. These areas may see longer transit times. Delivery times indicate transit time after an order is fulfilled and dispatched.

Hallmark Canada now offers paid express shipping on orders across Canada (except Quebec and remote areas)

  1. Get express shipping by selecting 'FedEx Economy' at checkout.
  2. Orders placed before 11 AM EST will ship the same day. Orders placed after 11 AM EST will ship the next business day.
  3. Express shipping cost will be calculated at the checkout page.

Return Policy

We hope you love what you ordered. But in case you don’t, we’re here to help with free returns for online orders. Hallmark stands behind the quality of our products. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it within 30 days of the original purchase date. Items purchased online cannot be returned at Hallmark Gold Crown stores or other Hallmark affiliate stores. To start a return process, please call 1-844-807-9624.

Keepsake Ornament Club Membership is not eligible for returns and is non-refundable.

Refund information

Once your return is approved, we’ll issue a refund for the full purchase price (including taxes) of the item on your original method of payment. Please note that taxes are also applied to shipping fee (in case of paid shipping). Shipping fee and any tax paid on shipping is non-refundable. You’ll receive an email when your credit has been processed, generally within a week of when we receive your return.

Exceptions

Hallmark reserves the right to limit or suspend its refund or return policy in circumstances of excessive use, abuse, or suspected fraud. We do not price match or offer price adjustments on any sale items.

Exchanging an item

For the best selection, please place your replacement order online or contact 1-844-807-9624 for assistance. If you contact us first, we will waive any standard shipping charges on your replacement order. Your payment method will be charged for the new order, and your original order will be credited after you return the items.

Replacing damaged or defective items

If you received an item that was damaged in shipping, please contact us for instructions and an expedited replacement order. We are unable to repair damaged or defective items shipped to our returns centre.
